Carol D. Rieg, President
Leading and participating in several organizations’ entrepreneurial operations, Carol continues to bring together stakeholders and constituents to explore the opportunity for all to achieve their dreams. Carol's dream to "Save the World" is a lifelong passion that she has carried throughout her extensive career spanning the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors.
Carol is launching “Give More & Connect,” a philanthropic consulting and research service, to help individuals identify those key issues that resonate with them, resulting in personal and impactful financial charitable donations to support nonprofit organizations.
Recently, Carol was employed by Science Applications International Corporation (NYSE: SAIC®), a premier Fortune 500® technology integrator, as the Task Lead for NASA’s $938 million OSAM-1/ NeXIS in-space services robotic arm project. Prior to SAIC, Carol worked as the initial Corporate Foundation Officer for Bentley Systems (Nasdaq: BSY), an infrastructure engineering software company, reaching more than 800,000 people around the world through the efforts of 3300 employees in 50 countries collectively supporting STEM education, clean water access, gender empowerment, and mentorship. Carol started off her professional work journey as a Senior Auditor with PwC.
Carol’s achievements include receiving Challenge Medal awards from Lieutenant General Robert Flowers, Chief of Engineers and Commanding General, US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and George Barnes, Deputy Director, National Security Agency (NSA), Board Leadership Award from the Center for Nonprofit Advancement, Partner of the Year with the Points of Light Foundation/ Connect America and recently nominated for SAIC’s 2022 Citizen of the Year.
In 2023, Carol completed the “Women in Leadership” Cornell University certificate program and enjoys traveling with extended family, swimming, and kickboxing as well as spending time with her husband Kevin, adult son, Kevin, Jr., and Nala, who joined the Rieg family as a 2-year-old rescued Australian Shepherd dog in 2021.
